Please read these Terms ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using (the "Service") operated by SmallWeb ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and any documents linked to them, such as the Acceptable Usage Policy and Privacy Policy.


When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. SmallWeb will not be liable for any loss or damages due to your failure to provide us with accurate information or by failing to keep your account secure. SmallWeb processes data in accordance to our Privacy Policy.


Active services in your account will be invoiced 10 days prior to their due date. Overdue services will be suspended 1 day after non-payment. SmallWeb reserves the right to terminate overdue services at any time once they are suspended for non-payment.

Chargebacks or disputes against any transaction will result in the suspension of all services on the account until the dispute is closed, removed or resolved. If such an instance occurs, SmallWeb reserves the right to terminate all services without a refund.


SmallWeb offers a 30 day money back guarantee on your first hosting registration. Refunds are not offered for domain registrations, IPv4 addresses or any other non shared hosting service. To claim a refund, open a support ticket within 30 days of your order being activated. If your service has been used to violate these Terms of Service, no refund will be due.

Payments made with cryptocurrencies are not within this guarantee and will not be refunded.


SmallWeb provides you with 99.99% uptime excluding planned maintenance. Uptime is considered to be when the server you are hosted on is accessible via IP address. This Service Level Agreement (SLA) does not cover downtime due to mistakes on your own behalf account suspension. SmallWeb will offer a 25% refund for your affected service if below 99.99%.


By using any SmallWeb service, you agree that you will NOT use the service to:

  • Send unsolicited commercial or bulk email to any party for any reason. Customer accounts that are sending bulk email will be terminated immediately.
  • Run or distribute any type of code, script or other file or application that is potentially harmful to other users on its own or when accessed or triggered.
  • Upload, store or distribute any content that is considered Child Pornography or that suggests a human under the age of 18 in a pornographic scenario.
  • Abuse or misuse, intentionally or otherwise, sufficient system resources to negatively affect SmallWeb servers, customers or other connected services.
  • Perform any form of network flood, DoS, DDoS or network attack of other internet machines.
  • Upload, store or distribute content for the purposes of file storage. Our services are for websites, not for archiving your media.
  • Upload, store or distrubute content which is you do not have the proper authority or license to do.
  • Commit any crimes not listed within the jurisdiction of our service locations, your location and your visitors locations as well as general UK legislation.

By breaking this Acceptable Use Policy and by participating in anything mentioned above gives SmallWeb grounds to immediately terminate all services linked to your account.
