Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach or unauthorized use of your account.
SmallWeb will not be liable for any loss or damages due to your failure to provide us with accurate information or by failing to keep your account secure.
Account Credit does not expire, can not be withdrawn as cash, can not be transferred between client accounts, is non refundable and can only be used on SmallWeb or SmallVPS services. Account Credit will be automatically applied towards invoices until the balance reaches zero.
Chargebacks or disputes against any transaction will result in the suspension of all services on the account until the dispute is closed, removed or resolved.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service, including our Acceptable Usage Upon service termination, all data of the associated service is removed as well as any backups that have been made. Termination is irreversible and all data is removed. Unpaid services will be terminated 14 days past the due date of the service.
SmallWeb offers a 30 day money back guarantee on hosting services paid via PayPal, Credit or Debit Card. Refunds via Cryptocurrency are non-refundable.
SmallWeb guarantees a 99.9% network connectivity uptime rate for our services. If your service is down for 15 consecutive minutes, we'll compensate you.
This does not include when SmallWeb is performing server maintenance. For maintenance periods longer than 10 minutes you will receive email notification.
SmallWeb shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from server downtime for any reason.

Server Abuse consists of any activity, intentional or otherwise, that consumes sufficient system resources to negatively impact system processes or customers.
Any type of script, code, or other file or application that is potentially harmful to other users on its own or when accessed or triggered or content that violates UK, US or EU laws. Using SmallWeb's network to advertise, transmit, store, post, display, or otherwise make available child pornography is strictly prohibited.
Any email-based communications sent without the consent of the recepient is strictly forbidden. Sending unsolicitated email is grounds for termination and a ban from placing future orders with any SmallWeb brand. SmallWeb does not allow the sending of bulk email or email marketing lists prior to justification via a support ticket. It is at our network provider's discretion whether your request is accepted. Otherwise, bulk email will result in immediate service termination.
Upon determination of abuse, the offending service will be immediately suspended and a support ticket will be created with the user detailing the abuse.
